Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Clothing items in original condition with tags attached
  • Accessories that haven't been worn or used
  • Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Items that don't match the description on our website

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate apparel and undergarments for hygiene reasons
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items damaged by normal wear and tear
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items without original tags or in used condition

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@anaqa.com or call our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label.
  3. Package Your Item: Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include your order number and return authorization number.
  4. Ship It Back: Use the prepaid shipping label we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Processing

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@anaqa.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error. Please contact our customer service team for specific instructions on international returns.
